APARTMENT I

With 100m² on two levels, this apartment I has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people.

The spacious living room is furnished with solid wood furniture, has a ceiling fan and a smart TV, which offers numerous international programs to choose from. On cooler days, enjoy lighting the fire place.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer combination, stove (3 x gas, 1 x electric), oven, microwave, coffee machine, pod coffee maker, water boiler, toaster, mixer, range hood, and everything you need to prepare, cook and savour delicious meals.

The patio door next to the dining area leads to the covered porch, the garden and the pool area.

The bedrooms are located on the upper level of the apartment.
The one on the left of the entrance has a double bed (1.60 x 2 m) and a spacious wardrobe.

The second bedroom, to the right of the entrance, can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a single bed (0.80 x 2m), which can be folded out to double the size, a small table with two chairs and a wardrobe.
Five steps lead up to a charming bunk with a queen size bed (1.60 x 2 m).

The bathroom gives you the option to take a shower or have a full, relaxing bath in the tub.

Toilet and hand basin are in a separate room.

At the northern side of the house, find a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, ironing board and a drying rack, as well as a long clothesline outside.

Next to the entrance, the eastern patio is ideally located to enjoy breakfast outside. You have view of a forested hill and, if you prefer, can find shade below two plane trees.

Right from the living room you reach a covered porch with a welcoming area for dining or to simply relax and enjoy the view south west over the picturesque valley.

Especially during the hot summer months, the unique pool is invaluable! With its diameter of 8m adults have lots of room to have fun and cool down and the shallow basin at the entrance offers enough space for the little ones to play in.

For relaxing, you will find sun beds and a big parasol. Right next to it - still at the pool - there is a separate shower and toilet.

In a separate apartment, which is located below the apartment, the owner, who takes care of the garden, pool and necessary repairs, lives.

The accommodation is unfortunately not designed to ensure good living conditions for people with reduced mobility.

Garden

Wander the terraces of the garden and discover a wide variety of plant life, typically for this region, including Rosmarin, Thyme, Lavender, Oleander, Jasmin, Bignonia, Broom, Bamboo, Holm oak, as well as Olive-, Bay-, and Judas-trees.

There is also a large lawn area, where you can spend quality time with your 4-legged family member.
